President Trump is pulling America out of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), a pro-LGBT and pro-abortion organization. In the past, UNESCO supported teaching children about tolerance, sexual orientation, acceptance of homosexuality, masturbation, and abortion through the school system. State Department Spokesman Heather Nauert explained that the United States will “remain engaged with UNESCO as a non-member observer state in order to contribute U.S. views, perspectives, and expertise on some of the important issues undertaken by the organization.” Those important issues include “the protection of world heritage, advocating for press freedoms, and promoting scientific collaboration and education.” The United States’ withdrawal from UNESCO will take effect on December 31, 2018.
