Texas Bathroom Bill Passes Senate

The Texas Senate passed SB6, the state’s Privacy Act, 21-10. The bill requires that bathrooms and locker rooms be designated for use based on biology with separate facilities being made available for those confused about their sex. The bill would apply to schools and government buildings. The bill exempts private businesses. The bill now heads to the Texas House.
