LGBT Seniors at Risk

LGBT Americans age 50 and above are at a higher risk of disability, cardiovascular disease, depression, and social isolation according to a first-ever longitudinal study called “Aging with Pride: National Health, Aging, Sexuality/Gender Study” by the University of Washington’s School of Social Work.
