An episode of the Disney cartoon for preschoolers called Doc McStuffins featured two lesbian women in a same-sex “marriage” discussing the importance of a family emergency plan in the wake of an earthquake. While the show might help kids understand the importance of safety, it’s troubling that Disney is increasingly promoting the LGBT lifestyle in its programming to children.
Chris Nee, one of the episode’s writers, is in a same-sex “marriage,” while the voices of the two female characters in this particular episode were played by Wanda Sykes and Portia de Rossi, two of the most prominent lesbian actresses in Hollywood.
