SUMMARY

As introduced, requires that a family life education curriculum comply with certain restrictions. – Amends TCA Title 49, Chapter 6.

This bill makes clear that sex education is to be risk avoidance, not risk reduction.  Empowers parents if school or third party provider promotes “gateway sexual activity.”
