As introduced, extends the Tennessee higher education commission, June 30, 2014. – Amends TCA Title 4, Chapter 29 and Title 49, Chapter 7.

House:  Passed by House on 02/23/2012. Awaiting Senate action.

FACT’S ANALYSIS

This bill enacts “Life Defense Act of 2012” that ensures all abortions are provide by licensed doctor who has admitting privileges to a hospital in the county in which abortion is performed (or adjacent county) and requires reporting of certain information regarding abortions.
