As introduced, prohibits entities from discriminating on the basis of sexual orientation in practices and contracts. – Amends TCA Title 4; Title 8; Title 11; Title 12; Title 37; Title 39; Title 40; Title 49; Title 56; Title 57; Title 62; Title 65; Title 68 and Title 71.
